Hi Guys, if you filled between July3rd to July15th please update here.
I have sent my application on July5th to NSC. It is received by NSC at July6th.Did any one got receipts in 5th or 6th filer..
I didn't see much of filed between july'3nd through july '14th filings in this forum.

Here we are collecting pledge of funds from members towards reimbursing the administrative costs incurred by Aman and other core IV team members. One time only. Need not pay now, just pledge your contribution by quoting the amount. We will let all the members on how to make this payment.

I mailed my 2nd application (1st one was mailed in late June my attorney filed too soon as I was not current in June) on Aug 14th and it was received at NSC on the morning of the 15th. I 140 filed at TSC and was approved in July 2006. No checks cashed and No Receipt as of yet....

I dont have access to the certified labor copy , I am just wondering if we need it for AC21 purposes. I am not sure how to get it from my desi employer/ desi lawyer. I have a job offer with a fortune 200 company which is willing to do H1b transfer/extension so I am opting for H1b instead of EAD. I am pretty sure about the job description will satisfy the same/similar test.
Is the job title and job description mentioned on the labor cert? Mine is a pre perm case. Is it good to have copy of labor cert for AC21?

Check cashed: June/14 (it shows LIN# on the back).
Querying status using this number shows a receipt date of June/12!
Samething happened to me. TSC received my application on June 6th, but when I checked my status it says that they received my application on June 11th.

Attached is the AC21 memo. Good luck. In my opinion, it clearly allows Self Employment.
Set up a LLC company or sole proprietorship and work with an attorney. Keep the paperwork tight and upto date. If permanent offer is hard to come by , you got to do what you got to do in a legal way :) All the best!

A Employment letter is mandatory for I-485, the letter has to state that the job position is still available. Refer the below link from USCIS website

Well, just say that you will bear ALL expenses associated with filing I-485. That way the only expense for the employer will be a few cents to photocopy and give you the approved copy of I-140.
If you can get the employment letter as well, that's awesome. Otherwise, just use two recent pay stubs. And for those who are going to jump in and say, "No, employment letter is absolutely required...", well, it is not. It's good to have one in case USCIS want it, but not mandatory.

I opened a SR for non receipt of my FP notice, on 30Oct2007. I got a reply from USCIS exactly after 45 days ( very prompt) notifying me that " my FP has not yet expired or my FP is not yet cleared". Certainly this looks like a canned reply from USCIS which was sent even without looking at my file. I guess they should be more transparent in their process than just sending plain lies.
I also got the same message. NO FP after 2 SR & 1 info pass (case transferred from NSC to TSC).

You should be proud of what you are doing. Even if you dont do a great job, You should try your best and you should still believe that you are doing it to the best of your ability and no one can do it better. But the way you talk, you seem to be a big loser and one of those, who feel lucky to have got your H1B. Probably, USA wont lose anything when one some like you leave. But Dont talk for the folks here. If you think you are below average, thanks for accepting it. Anyway, we would have known that from your shameless post.
